Beef 'O' Brady's Bowl St. Petersburg Partners with ACC

New bowl agreement brings ACC team to St. Pete multiple times    

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (August 7, 2013) - The Beef 'O' Brady's Bowl St. Petersburg and The Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) have signed an agreement that will bring an ACC team to St. Petersburg at least two times over a three-year period.  In this new deal, the ACC will be a primary selection for the bowl in 2014 and 2016. The ACC will have 15 teams available in its bowl process: Boston College, Clemson, Duke, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Louisville, Miami, North Carolina, North Carolina State, Notre Dame, Pittsburgh, Syracuse, Virginia, Virginia Tech and Wake Forest. "We are excited to announce this new relationship and look forward to hosting an ACC team in our game," said Brett Dulaney, Beef 'O' Brady's Bowl St. Petersburg Executive Director. "We are sure the ACC teams and their fans will thoroughly enjoy their bowl week experience that showcases our beautiful beaches and downtown waterfront to go along with our first-class hospitality."
